Health Matters at Work® (HMatW) brings timely and credible health information and resources to your workplace.

Community Health Charities Minnesota (CHCM) partners with your company to help employees connect to the health resources that impact their lives. Our services are free and easy to implement. What is Health Matters at Work®?

Health Matters at Work® provides essential information through onsite health information, education programs and resources from 34 of Minnesota’s most well known and trusted health charities. A CHCM representative works with you to offer HMatW programs customized to your needs.

Health Education Programs

Choose from a wide variety of presentations on current health issues. Lunch & Learns include disease specific topics on prevention, risk factors, warning signs, healthy eating and treatment options (See catalog for detailed program descriptions). Programs are for groups of 8 or more, and run 30 to 45 minutes. Time can be added for Q&A after the presentation.

Health/Charity Fairs

Bring our member health charities to your workplace! Your staff will be able to access information and services including screenings, wellness information and one-on-one conversations with charity representatives.

Healthy Pregnancy & Newborns
Tools from First Candle and March of Dimes Foundation on how to enjoy a healthy and happy pregnancy, and the first year of infancy.

Mental Health Tools
Tools to help with mental health in the workplace.

Tools for the Newly Diagnosed
Links to the resources for the newly diagnosed of more than 20 chronic diseases and condition developed by the nation’s most recognized health charities.
