About Hemophilia

Resources for Employers and The Community

The mission of the Hemophilia Foundation is to meet the needs and to enhance the quality of life for persons who live with hemophilia, related genetic bleeding disorders, and their complications.

Services concentrate on self-sufficiency by emphasizing the emotional, physical, and financial aspects of living with a bleeding disorder. Great improvements have helped patients take ownership of their disorder while alleviating the need for costly hospital visits.

With sufficient funding and support, gene therapy will someday cure hemophilia. With careful strategic planning, the Hemophilia Foundation will successfully reach the millions affected by bleeding disorders.
