Resources for Individuals and Caretakers

Hazelden offers a wide variety of resources for persons with Chemical Dependency and their caretakers. Those resources include: 

 

Employee/Individuals Resources

  • Care including assessment and treatment services for chemically dependent adolescents and adults, aftercare and family services, renewal services, extended care, and continuing care.
  • Published materials and trainings on every aspect of addiction and recovery. 
  • Smoking cessation programs (1-800-328-9000, ext. 2779). 
  • Residential treatment: treatment at the facility lasts 28 days.
  • Financial aid for patients who qualify.

 

Caregiver Resources

  • Care: A broad continuum of care including family services.
  • Family program: A five-day program for family members to help them understand addiction and to deal with the family member in a loving way while going through the addiction.  
  • Newsletter: Hazelden Voice (call 1-800-257-7800 for a free subscription).
