The mission of the Alzheimer's Association of Minnesota-North Dakota is to improve the lives of all individuals, families and care partners throughout their journey with Alzheimer's and related diseases by providing leadership, support, education, advocacy and research.  Our vision is a world without Alzheimer's disease.  Alzheimer's disease is a progressive brain disorder that gradually destroys a person's memory and ability to learn, reason, make judgments, communicate and carry out daily activities.
