July 2000-Present
- Combined Health Appeal of America and the National Voluntary Health Agencies merged to become Community Health Charities.
- Community Health Charities has 37 affiliates across the United States.
- The HealthFund of Minnesota became an affiliate of the national Community Health Charities organization July 1, 2000.
- The Minnesota affiliate retains its legal name - The HealthFund of Minnesota - doing business as Community Health Charities Minnesota.
- Community Health Charities Minnesota represents 27 of the state?s premier health organizations.
- Community Health Charities Minnesota currently currently raises nearly $3 million in Total Public Support.
