SHAMROCKS AGAINST DYSTROPHY for the Muscular Dystrophy Association
Volunteers needed to pack shamrock boxes. These boxes are packed with the supplies that a retail location will need for selling the shamrocks!

BLACK WOODS BLIZZARD TOUR – The ALS Association, Minnesota Chapter

Duluth, MN
The Black Woods Blizzard Tour starts with a send-off reception in Proctor. Snowmobilers depart Thursday for Lake Vermilion, on Friday morning, they take their sleds along the scenic North Shore to Two Harbors, and on Saturday the riders return to Proctor. The Welcome Home Banquet will be held at Greysalon Ballroom in Duluth. $1,200 minimum pledges.

THE FIGHT FOR AIR CLIMB American Lung Association in Minnesota
Volunteers are needed for set-up in the evening/night on Feb 26 and day of event in the morning on Feb 27.
For this unique fundraiser, individuals and teams race, run or walk up the 660 steps to reach the top of the Accenture Tower. Just reach the top or to be the first to cross the finish line - you will walk away with a newfound respect for your lungs!

A MEETING of the MINDS DEMENTIA CONFERENCE 2010
The premier dementia conference for persons with early dementia, families, friends and professionals*. The Alzheimer’s Association Minnesota-North Dakota and Mayo Clinic invite you to join us on March 20, 2010 at the St. Paul RiverCentre.

The Walk to Defeat ALS brings people together and educates them about ALS and raises funds for patient services and research. Participants collect donations and pledges and can walk as an individual or as a part of a team. Register online or the day of the walk. Snacks and entertainment provided.

KOLAR TOYOTA ALS WALLEYE TOURNAMENT – The ALS Association, Minnesota Chapter
Saturday, June 05 6:00AM - 10:00PM Duluth, MN
Benefit for The ALS Association, Minnesota Chapter. The event actually begins Friday night with an opening reception and an opportunity to hear from celebrities (and a brief rules meeting). The fishing competition begins Saturday morning and continues throughout the day. The weekend culminates with a silent auction and an awards dinner. $350 per boat with two anglers.
