Community Health Charities Minnesota (CHCM) works to improve lives affected by chronic illness by investing in health research, services and education.

We work with employers to enhance their charitable activity, and we provide employees with meaningful ways to connect with health charities they care about through workplace giving, volunteerism, and education.
